Today, what used to be the “Help” tab has become “Diamond Concierge,” your portal to bitcoin security management. Within the new design, you’ll find a reimagined flow for accessing Casa and premier bitcoin security assistance.

Diamond Concierge is your personal gateway to Casa, located at the bottom of Casa App. Just tap the bell. Inside the Diamond Concierge tab, we’ve organized a suite of services to provide you with maximum access to accommodate your schedule:

Through Diamond Concierge, you can now access a direct line to a Client Advisor. Call us when you need assistance. Our Client Services team will be ready to help with anything you need, whether you need help with inheritance planning or a simple transaction walkthrough. This level of access is only available to Diamond clients.
